Cancellation Policy

At Cycle-logical Tours, we strive to offer unforgettable experiences from the moment you book to the final pedal. Because we prepare each ride with care—from equipment and safety checks to guide coordination and route planning—we’ve put the following cancellation policy in place to help ensure a smooth experience for all:

Standard Cancellations

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule you based on availability.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Tours will proceed in light rain, but we prioritize your safety. If severe weather (such as thunderstorms or high winds) forces us to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • If you choose not to ride due to weather that does not result in an official tour cancellation, our standard cancellation policy still applies.

“Bring Your Own E-Bike” Bookings

  • All cancellation terms also apply to BYO e-bike riders.
  • Please ensure your e-bike is in good working order. If a mechanical issue prevents participation, it will be treated as a late cancellation and will not be refunded.

Private & Group Bookings

  • For custom or private group tours, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours may be rescheduled but are not eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy

  • Participants who fail to arrive at the scheduled tour on time will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows are non-refundable, and any payments made for the missed tour will be forfeited.
  • Tour participants are responsible for arriving at the correct starting location:
    • Oak Island Tours: Oak Island Nature Center, 5202 E Yacht Dr, Oak Island, NC 28465
    • Southport Tours: Brunswick Street Boat Launch, 603 W. West Street, Southport, NC 28461
  • Arriving at the wrong location, or failing to confirm the correct starting point, does not qualify for a refund.
  • If participants are unsure of their tour location, they must contact Cycle‑Logical Tours prior to the tour to confirm the meeting point.

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule, please email us at cyclelogicaltours@gmail.com as soon as possible with your name, booking details, and requested action. We’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm.
